All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made through our online store, whether domestic or international. This includes but is not limited to trading cards, accessories, bundles, or limited-edition items. Due to the nature of collectible goods and their potential value fluctuations, we cannot accommodate change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after payment has been completed.

Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch. All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services, both domestically and internationally, with a standard processing time of 3–5 business days. We are not liable for delays once the package is in the courier’s possession, and delivery timelines are subject to Royal Mail’s operational schedule and policies.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dynastytcgofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence if applicable. While refunds will not be issued, we will do our best to assist you with a resolution, which may include filing a claim with Royal Mail or reissuing a replacement, subject to availability and at our discretion.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not refund or reship orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses.
